Lucent Cascades Offices was a third year, fall semester group based project, where students were to develop and design the office space of an established fountains manufacturer. Students were asked to create a space that appealed to millennials and without alienating the older generations. The following two spreads showcase floorplans and sections, along with various material finishes.
Concept - CRESCENDO : A gradual increase in the volume of the music, leading to the point of climax.
