I design spaces and objects that feel intuitive, beautiful, and grounded
in real life. Whether I'm mapping how people move through a room or
shaping clay into a new form, I'm always pursuing the same feelings of
clarity, comfort, and quiet impact.
I do this because I value the way experiences unfold through space and through
process. As an interior designer, I aim to create environments that are both
functional and aesthetically expressive. As a ceramicist, I love beginning with
raw material and carrying a piece through to completion, watching it take shape
step by step. I'm constantly inspired by the beauty I find in nature and in
the everyday, and that shows up across my work in both disciplines.
What makes me unique is my blend of real-world design experience and hands-on
craft. After six years in the commercial design world, I returned to school
to complete my Bachelor's of Interior Design, and together with my project partner
our thesis project won the CSC Student Design 2025 Competition. I've also been working with clay for about three years, and a one-month
pottery workshop in Tuscany completely shifted how I work; with more
intention, patience, and a deeper sense of creativity.
