74 George Brown Avenue was a residential project, where students were given a site and asked to design both the exterior and interior of the house. They were to adhere to the Ontario Building Code, and Toronto Zoning By-Laws throughout the conceptualization of the design. The following spreads showcase floorplans and elevations, accompanied with final material finishes.
